Armour Enhancement

  Quest Description

  We need to outfit our elite warriors with better armour that will not only provide defense against the mundane, but also against the supernatural. To do this you will need to take an ordinary set of rune armour and absorb the essence of several powerful entities into the armour.

  A full set of rune armour needs to be enchanted, this is rune full helm, rune plate body, rune plate legs, rune kite shield, and rune boots.

  To absorb the essence of the beings, you need to have the items to be enchanted in your inventory and kill the beings with a cast of Zaros' blood magic. Any of the four spells; blood rush, blood burst, blood blitz, or blood barrage will absorb the essence. It does not matter in what way you fight them as long as the killing attack is made with blood magic.

  However, using Zaros’ magic overcharges the negative properties the creature’s essence. To counteract this, you need to channel the essence through a positively charged conduit. To do this you must be wielding one of the following items at when you kill the creature; a Saradomin staff, Saradomin Mjolinir, or Saradomin crozier, this will return the essence to a usable neutral value.

  The entities you must kill and absorb are the following; Zamorak wizard, Saradomin wizard, Ket-Zek, black demon, and a black dragon.

  (To ensure that you have performed the killings correctly, you must take a screenshot of each one with the magic spell clearly hitting the target. A separate screenshot to show the armour in your inventory would also be nice. Then post these pictures in the Update topic on the forum.
