  Quest Description

  Two important factors in battle are ranged attacks and to be able to display weak spots in your enemy. This can easily be accomplished with arrows and weakening spells. This is a mission going hand in hand with War Preparations, but doesn't focus on the people involved in direct close combat.

  You must gather arrows and runes and then donate them to an FoM Fund so that it can be used in future battles, and not be wasted on training. You must get arrows -- 500 adamant arrows, to be exact -- and runes for 100 of each weakening spell (Curse, Confuse, and Weaken). That sums up in 800 water runes, 700 earth runes, and 300 body runes.
