Herblaw Guide

*Note: Do not try to drink any of these concoctions in real life, mixing plants with raw eyeballs will not help improve ur coordination.

Well newbies, the very first thing you got to do is to do the Druid Ritual Quest, mega mega easy, so go do that and then come back here.

Ok, you've done that, good, now on to the guide. Depending on what other skills you got, you will be visiting different places.

If you have managed to get an Agility of 40, head to Yanille (the place with the Magic Guild). I advise doing the quest there so you can teleport to there instead of the long ass walk. There you will find chaos druid warriors (the very best thing to fight for herbs in my opinion). If you go here then take some armor with you, and a cure poison potion! There is the possibility that u will drop into a poison spider pit, which is very, very, very bad!

If your Agility sucks (don’t worry, I agree with you completely, Agility is the most worthless skill there is, with the possible exception of Firemaking), but you have a nice Thieving skill, level 46, then head on over to Ardougne and go to the chaos druid tower (just to the northeast), across the river. These guys drop good herbs fairly frequently.

Ok, your brand new to P2P and haven't leveled up any of the new skills yet, not to worry there is hope for you yet, not much, but some. You have two different ways to go, the quick and dangerous way, or the slow and sure way or a middle way.

First the slow and sure way, head on over to Taverley. The druids there (with white robes) drop herbs more than anything except for their red robed cousins up by the druid circle, is where you can find the highest concentration.

Ok, the middle way, it's still near Taverley, but it's in the members dungeon. Don’t worry, it's not far in. Head there and continue in the dungeon, if you hit black knights you've gone too far. There is a group of bout 4-5 chaos druids in there.

Ok, the dangerous way, head to Edgeville, or teleport there if you got a charged dragonstone amulet, do not take full armor, you will regret it. I advise taking your weapon, rune plate, and rune legs. Head into the Edgeville dungeon there is a gate there that will take you into member territory (BEWARE, this is part of the Wilderness!). Head to the left of the entrance, there are a few chaos druid spawns here, but keep going 'til you get in front of a gate with level 54 skeletons behind it -- stop here, and keep gate closed. That is the best spot around there for chaos druids, and since you are in the Wilderness, they are aggressive. But watch out for mean PKers that want to take all your hard work away from you.

For the other ingredients you will need for Herblaw; for vials and eyes of newt, just keep walking from Falador to Taverley and back again, easy (if you're just after the eyes of newt, just go to Port Sarim). For unicorn, horns head north of Varrock. There is a large group of black unicorns up there, just wander around 'til you find them. For limpwurt roots, go kill hob goblins, a popular place is near the Crafting Guild, also in the wildy hob mine you can find a ton of them, and it's usually deserted, but watch out for PKers. OK, you want disgusting red spider eggs? Head to the Edgeville Dungeon and instead of going to the left of the entrance, head straight, a lot of red spiders, there are several spider eggs spawns ripe for the picking (note, killing spiders do not give you eggs). Ok, whiteberries, these things are a bitch to get, you got to go up into the wildy, by the red dragons, so bring an anti-dragon breath shield, and watch out for PKers. Snape grass you want? Go back to the west of the Crafting Guild, there are three spawns of the stuff there, easy to get. Blue dragon scales, into the Taverley dungeon, take anti-dragon breath shield with you, and dusty key you will need, head through dungeon 'til you get to blue dragons and pick up the five-or-so blue dragon scale spawns. (Note, killing blue dragons, or baby blue dragons will not get you scales.) Wine of Zamorak, bring law and air runes and go to the small hut north of the Goblin Village, that is north of Falador. You have to follow the ridge a bit to get there, watch out though, those bastards in there will curse you and lower your stats.

Ok, some additional info that you people will find helpful, marrentil and harralander both suck major! It’s a bitch to get the second, and you can't sell either. A lot of times I don’t even pick them up. Tarromin is very good, good experiece, and reasonably easy to get the second, and you can actually sell it. Guam, it's mega easy to get second, and it does give exp., so I usually grab it. The pots suck, though, unless you use them at some training place near a bank. Ranarr, (ATTENTION, do not be a damn newbi and use this to make defence potions!) use this to make restore prayer potions, it's great exp., easy to get second, and they sell for 3,000 each! Irit, ok, you can make super attackss, or poison antidotes, I would make super attacks (they go from 2-3k each), but antidotes give a little more exp., so I would make a few antidotes, for when you have to deal with poison things. Avantoe, ok, this is probably the best things to buy to train herblaw, it's cheap, it gives good exp., but the potion sucks major (the reason why its cheap, fishing pots go for like 1k). Kwuarm, ok, poison pots, or super strength, duh, super strengths are what you want (super strengths go for 5,000). Cadantine, ok these are good, the potions go for 6-8k each, and a group of all three super potions (super attack, super strength, and super defence) go for 15-20k, a nice chunk of change. Last of all, dwarf weed, these suck, don’t know why they put this as the top of herblaw. I have heard of a new herb Torcsol or som shit like that, but I don’t know much about it, supposed to make Zamorak potions or something (note from g00w: These potions are annoying as they lower some major stats while raising others).

Note from Deadboy13: Just to add, if you want to get two things done at once you can do the mining/herblaw combo. The mine right below the castle in the Wilderness (level 9-11) has skeletons along with like 25 coal rocks. The skeletons attack you and drop every herb. Good mining xp/fighting xp/herblaw xp.
