  Big updates today. With the introduction of the anti-China updates in RuneScape, our old Points system went pretty much obsolete, along with many of the FoM Quests. In order to save as much as possible of old FoM, I have made a couple of changes. The biggest of changes is probably the brand new Points system I've set up. There are more ways to earn points now, but it should also be a bit easier for the updaters to handle the workload, thanks to Grand Exchange. I'm sure some things will be a bit confusing, but if you have any questions, post in the Questions and Answers forum (don't bug me in-game).

  Second, I have gone through all of the FoM Quests and made various changes. Some quests have been removed all together and added to an archive section. The remaining quests have had the point rewards boosted quite significantly.

  Finally, I have removed the position of Primogen of Finance, moved Master of Events to Sworn of the Dying Light, and modified the information pages for the different types of Event Keepers (as I have now set up a brand new page about events). If you are a Sworn, please read through the new definitions and instructions. Actually, everyone should, but especially the Sworn.

  Made a slight change to the referrals system. To refer someone, you must only have known them for a month now. Or two weeks, if they have another referral who has known them for at least a month.

  I'm just updating to give a big congratulations to Deja Vu Xiii who reached 200 million Attack XP today. Second in RuneScape, and completely without Pest Control. You've really earned your spot in the Crypt of Fame, man.

  Finally got an Internet connection to this computer as well, so I can actually do some updates now. Today I've updated the member list with on trialists and stuff, and also added last month's Monthly Goals to the Crypt of Fame,

  I'm in a hurry, so I'll keep this short:
  Completely new requirements and a brand new Join section.
  Added a new rule about inactivity in section 1.
  Replaced the Retired FoM position with the brand new Torpid FoM position. It's similar to the Retired FoM, but with some new rules and a lot clearer guidelines.
  Trashed MTB. All current MTB members have been made FoM On Trialists. Full MTB have a two-week trial period and MTB trialists have four weeks.
  Updated the Monthly Goals highscores in the Crypt of Fame with the results from September and October.

  This month's Clan Top 5 has been added. I was trying to add it yesterday, but something messed up with the server when I tried to save the result of the script. The same thing fucked up now, but I went into the source code and manually copied what I needed. However, since I ran the update twice, the "previous ranks" are messed up.
  Also, our dear Lucipher6 has been added to the Crypt of Fame for his awesome achievement of 99 in all skills. Congratulations!
  I will update the Monthly Goals Crypt section once some things have been straightened out regarding a hard-working on trialist.

  I've updated the Rules section with two new rules (§4.5 and §6.2). I also moved one of the PKing rules to the newly created category 6--Obligations. §4.5 is about circular trades for clan points and §6.2 is a new rule about responding to certain event topics.   With the skill Hunter out in RuneScape, it no longer made sense to have an FoM Quest named Hunting Preparations that didn't focus on this skill. So, the quest has been renamed to Cowardly Tactics instead. Also, I've updated people's FoM Quest Points, and King Toxin has barraged into third place for most FoM Quest Points, pushing out Imsohot266 from the list.
