  As a major exception for the Followers of Malkav, I have added a text fragment written both by a mortal, as well as non-FoM. Even someone of my lineage and age must admit that there are young talents out there, and why not use their insight for our own personal gain?
  But do not worry, this is a highly rare exception I am willing to make. But this young mortal has proven most knowledgable in the fields of war.
