Stake Duel Guide

  To start off, stats.
What is the best stats for dueling, for mains it would be all stats even. Maybe something like 65 65 65 or 65 65 60.
The important part about dueling is not to hit high numbers, but to hit often and not to get hit back. Therefore, having higher Attack and Defence than Strength is only good. If you are making a stake pure it is also good to have Defence a bit higher than the Attack, something like 60 65 40 would be a very good stake pure. If you have very high Magic dueling isn't very good for you, although you can stake people with same Magic level or at a lower Combat level.

  Now to the equipment.
The best would be to have rune large (dragon med if possible), rune chain, rune legs, dragon long, rune kite, dragon ammy, gauntlets and a cape.

This gives you high defence and high weapon aim.
The other part of equipment you would need is super potions, all three.

  Now to the actual staking.
When you are going to stake someone make sure they are lower HP, higher Magic and higher Prayer (prayer counts if the Magic is not very much higher). If the person is same Magic and same Prayer he would have to be lower level for you to have higher odds of winning.
Before you start fighting, drink one dose of all the three super potions. When you start fighting someone, turn on all the three best prayers.

And when you fight the person swap between Attack when you hit and Defence when the other person is about to hit (thanks to g00w for that one, helps a lot).

Now you are ready to stake, I would be at least. I would also like to thank Lord Zooga for being the person I fight in the Attack and Defence picture.
