A young American travels to Sweden and is greeted at the airport in classic Swedish fashion.

If it means anything, I don't remember this one at all.

One of many instances in which I'd just draw stupid things in hopes I'd get something I like. Not so much. I guess writing stupid things just kept me entertained.

See what I mean?

At one point I quit trying to make comics and just made single stupid pictures with nonsensical speech bubbles. This is some high school freshman stuff.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah-ok.

I was excited because MSPaint hadn't worked in a few weeks and I fixed it! I don't know why I was congratulating that, but whatever, I was fifteen or sixteen.

Forums need smilies, and I was up for the task! I don't know what happened to the rest of them, though.

From here on out, prepare to see a lot of meaningless Swedish influence. This picture was made during the three days that "grent" existed.

I found the SADD posters at school humorous. I don't know why a vampire got involved.

This is what happens when somebody tells me to draw a picture in MSPaint when I don't really want to.

I am a master of my craft. Notice the Swedish flag.

They sleep... without pants?

Looking back, I see I should have just made a circle of those guys.

I think I was going to make a Blaster Master picture and this is as far as I got.

I don't know. I really just don't fucking know sometimes.

Ebba Gršn is a classic Swedish punk band and apparently also a big blue demon.

OMGHair fan-art. The fact that I used "Hero Turtle" shows that this came about at the height of my Sweden-obsession.

I recall that this is based on things I drew in class in freshman year of high school.

Looks like I was trying something new.

Looks like I was trying to be mysterious.

I don't even think I got this when I made it. Christwhistle?

Originally a stupid picture, I colored it and added the left side to use it for an element in a website design that never saw the light of daaaaaaaay!

Needed a Livejournal icon in 2003 and this has served that purpose ever since.

Part of a school project in which we had to invent something and make an advertisement for it. I made a website.

More really fuckin' stupid Swedish nonsense.

I drew this picture for somebody. Quickly.

Whatever, the idea is still the same.

An everyday occurrence for yours truly, back then.

I made this as part of a "mspaint request" thread on a forum some time ago (2002/3).

I guess I was sick of drawing Swedish music things.

I think this was inspired by/ripping off South Park.

No clue.

Must have been a digital recreation of notebook doodles in freshman year.

The sequel to Hattso! DUH.

Things copied from many unfinished pictures into one big unfinished picture. The story of my life.

Self-portrait, senior year. FUNNY DETAIL: the scab on my hand.

more marginal doodles turned digital for some reason.

Don't even goddamn ask.

U no wot Im talking bout!!

Stupid face, arbitrary Swedish band name-drop.

Another self-portrait. Don't worry, the best self-portrait is yet to come.

This one is old. I think this is the first thing after the moment I realized that stick figures were a waste of pixels.

Imperiet is another Swedish band. Let's continue...

The background is a blurred satellite image of Lake Ridge, VA.

Another case of "I want to turn a song into a picture," and another case of a shitty idea.

Now we're talking! I couldn't even draw the entire body of the werewolf that tore me apart!

O.K.

Only a small portion of this was done in Paint but I like it anyway. It's the album cover for a band I was planning on creating.

Still not enough MSPaint atrocities? Well, there is a quick series of heroes/villians I drew one day in 2000/01, how about that? "Show me show me show me dat!"
And if that is still not enough, there's 30 48x48 icons I made back then as well. Gimme gimme!
