Introduction The first time I ever played this game was about 27 hours ago. Yes, I'm an idiot. Anyway . . . I found the game extremely funny and decided to make this basic walkthrough for it. I don't give a fuck about what the logo looks like, random asterix-thingies and junk like that r0x0rz . . . not. Ah well . . . In this basic guide I'll write down some tips and trix for you to use throughout the game and also write down a list of all the moves I've managed to figure out. Oh, and a list of all the weapons you can find. If you're going to use this FAQ I recommend that you play either by yourself or two player Mode A (where you can't do damage to eachother through normal attacks). I hope this at least might give you some useful hints. __________________________________________________________________________ # 2. Moves At first I would like to let you know that the two characters, whatever their names are, have the same moves. Their combos might look a bit different but I haven't found any differences in their attacks other than that. Controls: A - Kick - Has quite a long range and is good against most of the enemies. B - Block - Only to be used in emergencies. X - Jump - Hardly ever used except for combined with a kick. Y - Punch - Not as long range as the kicks, but good. L or R - Charge - Hold to charge up your power meter. Attacks: Press A several times while standing still to do a kick combo. After a few hits it will lower your enemy. Press Y several times while standing still to do a punch combo. After a few hits it will lower your enemy. (No, I didn't use copy and paste.) Use X to jump and whilst in the air press X again to do a VERY useful jump-kick. If you jump straight up and press backwards while pressing X again you will kick whatever is behind you. If you jump towards a wall you can press X again to jump of it. Not too useful, but cool. To grab your opponant perform a combo whilst moving towards him. If you use Y or A you'll end the grab-event-thing by knocking your enemy to the ground. If you on the other hand press X you will throw him. Yay! If you hold L or R to charge your power meter you will be able to do cooler and better attacks. The best is to fill the meter to the top, then every kick or punch will knock the enemy to the ground no matter how strong he his (there are no female enemies in the game. Techno si awear ov da fakkkt dat wemans cnat fyte lmfao!!1 JK!!!!!!111). If the meter is filled to less than 50 % a press on the Y button will result in a backfist attack and a press on the A button will result in a roundkick kind of thing. If the meter is filled to more than 50 % but not yet full a press on either A or Y will result in a jump across the screen as you spin around kicking everything in your path. Very effective. __________________________________________________________________________ # 3. Basic Walkthrough In the beginning of the game all the enemies you'll face are quite simple. Attack with either punch or kick combos and try to steal their weapons. The nunchaku is a very effective weapon that's not too hard to get your hands on. It's very usefull, too. If you're playing two players then just attack as quick as possible and aim for the weapons as it will make everything a lot easier. If one of you should get short on energy then let him/her only fight if it's necessary. The enemies should be easy enough for one person to defeat and you need to save as many lives as possible for the later missions. Especially if your playing on a hard difficulty or don't have too many continues. The hardest enemies you'll face in the beginning of the game are the sword-guys. You can't steal their swords and make sure to defeat them before they start spinning around. If you, however, face enemies with throwing knifes at the same time, then make sure to avoid the knife and then kick his ass. If you face an enemy with a boomerang than hurry up and kick him before he gets to use it. He will drop it to the ground, but don't pick it up unless there are lots of enemies on the screen since you're most likely to hit your partner with it. In the end of the first mission you'll face a boss kind of thing dressed in a suite. Only by looking at the suite anyone can figure out that he's a tough guy. If you're playing two players, then one of you should take care of the easier enemies around Mr. Suite as the other one performs kick combos on him. Just kick like a maniac, it's the most effective way to beat him. The second mission will contain a couple of new enemies. Lots of them are carrying grenades, so make sure that you're not close to them as they're lying on the ground. You can however pick them up and throw them yourself, but that's unnecessary. The boss of this mission is a guy with taped fists. He blocks a lot and the best way to defeat him is by repeated jump kicks. Let one player take care of him as the other one takes care of the enemies around him. He shouldn't be too hard. In the next mission you're going to face an enemy that might seem quite hard at a first sight, but there is a way to defeat him quite easily. The enemy I'm talking about is the martial arts guy in a typical Japanese martial arts uniform. Whatever you do, don't kick him! He is most likely going to grab your foot and throw you to the ground. You usually face these enemies when there are two of them together. The best and easiest way to defeat them is to charge your power meter to the fullest and then just wave your fists at both of them. While one of you is waving your fist the other person should stay back and charge his power meter. Then when he's fully charged you just switch positions and the previous "fist-waver" can recharge his power meter. You should be able to take out both of these at the same time by using this technique, but if one of them should "get lose" and comes after the person who charging up, then all you have to do while holding L or R is to walk up and down without stopping until your fully charged. Your enemy won't be able to attack you if you do that. REMEMBER THAT! Walk up and down while charging. It's a VERY useful trick. At the end of the third mission your going to face the hardest enemy in the game, in my oppinion. The fat ass clown that rolls in the air and blocks TOO often. There are two good ways to defeat him. The first one is to use the same technique as you did with the two Japanese-Uniform-guys. One person charges his power meter as one attacks, and then you switch. But the clowns often comes with several annoying buddies that might get in the way for this. So if that don't work then both of you attack him at the same time from two directions. Use the jump kick and one of you will be able to kick him in the back. Keep doing this over and over until he's dead. Only stop if another enemy approaches you, then do a quick jump kick to get him away and go back to kicking the clown. If the clown manages to avoid the all attacks for a short period of time, then start moving up and down as if you were charging up your power meter and wait for him to do a spin-attack since he probably will do that. After he's done his spin-attack then go back to kicking him. Don't use ordinary combos on him, he will probably knock you to the ground or throw you away. In the upcoming missions you're going to face all of the above mentioned enemies over and over again, and the same techniques will work everytime. Another hint that will make everything a bit easier for you! In a mission you'll be fighting on a bridge. On that bridge you'll face a guy with taped fists again. Take him out quickly by walking as far as possible to the left and just kick him off the edge. The only new enemy you're going to face before the final boss is a guy with sunglasses and a big leather jacket (he looks like something from Matrix). He looks tough but is very simple. Just use the charge-up-and- switch-places-techniques (if you're playing two players) or just do as many combos on him as you possibly can. Like I said, he's not hard at all to beat. Now use the techiques I've mentioned over and over again until you reach a room with nig needles (or something like that) sticking out of the wall. This is the last area of the game. You are going to face a horde of enemies that attack in groups before you get to face the final boss. A good way to defeat all of these groups are once again to use the techniques I've already mentioned in this guide. The charge-and-switch- places-technique is VERY useful in here. Use it as often as possible, and always take out the weaker enemies first. While you're taking out the weaker enemies, don't stand still, though! Move up and down randomly as you're attacking and attack the stronger enemies if they get to close. When there is only one or no weak enemies left at all then you can concentrate on the more powerful ones and use the charge-and-switch- technique. When you've defeated all enemies you face the final boss. He can do very powerful attacks that are hard to dodge so you have to use a special technique when fighting him. One of you will have to accept taking some harm and go in on close range and doing jump kicks and kick combos towards him (and also keep the weaker enemies on a distance) while the second one of you stay as far away as possible charging up. When you're fully charge, get in close and help your friend. But the other player should NOT switch places and go to charge up. No. Instead stay in the mess of fighters and attack the weaker enemies AND help your charged friend to attack the boss. If you'd happen to be alone while facing the blonde boss dude, then do NOT use the run-up-and-down-while-charging-up- technique. Instead use jump-kicks over and over again. After defeating the boss you'll see the lamest ending EVER. He is going to fall to the ground in slow motion, and then the end credits starts to roll. THE END! __________________________________________________________________________ # 4. Tip Summary Walk up and down while charging up to avoid enemy-attacks. Let one player stay in the background and charge up while the other one attacks. When the up-charger is fully charged, switch places and do this over and over. Only use boomerangs in emergencies. Aim for the nunchakus. Don't kick the Japanese martial arts-dudes in uniforms. Let both players attack the same clown with jump-kicks from two directions. When facing the last boss, let one player stay close doing random attacks all the time while the other stays back to charge up, attacks, goes away to charge up, attacks, a then repeat that over and over again. The best attack for the person on the close range is the jump kick. __________________________________________________________________________ # 5. Weapons Throwing Knife This weapon is good to use if you play alone. If you're two players, then make sure to NOT hit your friend with it since it's very powerful. When facing an enemy with a throwing knife and he's on a distance, don't attack him immediately. Instead walk up and down until he throws it away. Boomerang Only use this weapon if the screen is very crowded or if your playing by yourself. It's very powerful but the chance to hit your friend is quite big if he's not paying enough attention to you. When you throw it it will return to you, so just stand still and wait for it or it will just fly out of the screen. Nunchaku If there is an enemy with a nunchaku on the screen . . . KNOCK HIM DOWN AND GET IT! This weapons can reach quite far and is very useful. Rod/Staff This weapon might look like it's got a long attack range, but it doesn't. As a matter of fact, it sort of sucks. Heh. It doesn't matter if you use it, though, since the only oppurtunities to use it is while fighting weak enemies. *Shrugs* Grenade Whenever you see a grenade lying on the ground avoid it and don't walk to the left or right of it since its fire is going to spread in one of those directions. It's not worth picking it up even though it does a great amount of damage. The chance of messing up is too big. __________________________________________________________________________ # 6.
