A New Zelda Game
Shigeru Miyamoto recently announced, to Dutch Power Unlimited, that a brand new game about the Legend of Zelda is on its way to the GameBoy Advance. It's been under developement ever since 2001, which sounds promising, and it's made by the same team who made Oracly of Seasons/Ages and the GBA version of A Link to the Past. As always when it comes to a Zelda game (except for the two THINGS released for Phillips CD-I), Shigeru Miyamoto is keeping a close eye on the project. There is no official release date set yet.

WonderSwan is Dead
Bandai used to talk a lot about how their portable console was a great threat to GameBoy, but now it's over. Bandai have announced that they're giving up the console for good. It do have some good games, such as a couple of Final Fantasy-games, but it never got too popular.

Konami Sucks
My titles rule. Anyway, the reason that Konami sucks doesn't really have to do with games, but the fact that they're giving up their classic logo. The new logo looks like something stupid. Yeah. My explanations are great, I know. Well, the logo has no cool waves anymore. It's just "KONAMI" in red. Oh, and by the way, Konami means "small waves" in Japanese, hence the two wave-shaped thingies in their old logo. The one that we actually liked.

Game Preview: Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword
Ever since Super Smash Bros. Melee, a lot of Europeans and Americans have wondered what the game that Marth comes from was really like. He's one of the characters from the Fire Emblem series and Nintendo have now decided to release the next game in the west. Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword will be released for the GameBoy Advance all over the world. It's a strategy game with both classical and original features. One of the original things about it is that you will be able to communicate with your characters during a battle. The storyline focuses on two characters, Lin and Eliwood, whose paths cross eachother during countless battles in the huge pixelated land. When this game will be released, I do not know, but just wait and see. It does look promising.
